  • Problem statement:   
    • Most centers today manage client scheduling through separate apps/tools such as:  Google Calendar, spreadsheets, and Zoom. This ads to the complexity of the scheduling process.  Add in any back-and-forth with parents and the process can become daunting.
    • Our CRM replaces this multi-component model with a centralized system that enforces scheduling constraints and automates communication which, in turn, significantly reduces administrative time and scheduling stress.
  • Description:
    • Scheduling and operations platform built specifically for tutoring centers. Our specific competency involves seamlessly handling the  day-to-day reality of reschedules, cancellations, tutor availability, and parent coordination. 
       
       
  • Pilot details: 
    • During the pilot, centers can run sample scheduling through our CRM,  
    • Your mission:  use it and evaluate fit with your current scheduling workflow and give us feedback through a survey or a quick call when the pilot ends. 
       
       
  • Duration:  30 days
  • Number of participants:  5
  • Each participant will receive an account with instructions and a product walk through. 
  • Participants agree to answer a short survey or attend a 15 minute call to provide feedback about the product/service being tested.
